Professional and spiritual support for leading community activists in the F.S.U.
Community leaders and activists.
35 members. These leading activists have influence over thousands of Jews in the F.S.U.
Selective membership, with a focus on a serious and personal relationship with Rabbi Steinsaltz. The Chaverim meet together to share experiences and work on joint projects several times a year. This program will be expanded to recruit new members for a greater impact on Jewish life.
Initiated in 1998. Seminars held several times a year. One of the seminars took the Chaverim and Rabbi Steinsaltz to the places where Hasidism originated.
Maintaining connections and relationships with the Chaverim members through-out the FSU.
